How do you choose the products that are sold on White Olive?
We do not allow products with harmful chemicals, fragrance or ingredients that can cause major health risks. All products are tested and consistently used by our founder before they become ready for sale to ensure the marketing claim of the product upholds when used correctly at home. Extensive research is done on each ingredient and then fact checked through our favorite toxins app, Yuka.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed?
You may email support@whiteoliveco.com to request an order modification or cancellation.
Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment or shipping process will identify if a modification can happen.
An invoice will be sent if a product OR price change occur and a refund can be made based on case by case scenario.

Can I return or exchange my order?
We ONLY accept returns or exchanges if the item is unopened and unused.
Shipping rates may apply to the customer.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the USA and Canada.

How does local pickup work?
Choose local pick up at checkout and you will receive an email when you order is ready for pick up. We do not currently have set hours of operation for in store, so we encourage you to check out our "Local Pick Up" highlight on our Instagram page where we have our location and list hours for pick up each week!

When will my order ship?
Within 5-7 business days. Expect about 2-3 days of shipping before arrival.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $9.00 for USA and calculated at checkout for orders going to Canada.

Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is automatically applied for USA orders valued at $150.00 or more before taxes.
